Two major players are joining forces to create something even stronger. Savant Wealth just announced a massive new partnership with Heritage Financial. This move brings a huge $3.9 billion in assets into the fold.

A Record Deal

This is not just any regular merger. It is actually the biggest deal Savant has ever made. Brent Brodeski, the founder and CEO of Savant, is very excited about the news. “I’m thrilled to welcome such a talented team to Savant,” Brodeski shared. He also noted that as his company celebrates 40 years in business, marking this milestone with their largest partnership to date is incredibly meaningful. Partnering with strong fiduciary firms like Heritage helps them grow in a smart and strategic way.

Charles Bean, the founder of Heritage, also sees this as a huge win for everyone involved. “Through our collaborations, we determined that partnering with Savant would enable us to expand the services we can offer clients, such as tax and estate planning, and family office services,” Bean explained.

Better Service

When big companies join together, the best part is often what the customers get out of it. By teaming up, both firms can now offer better support to the people who trust them with their money. Heritage clients will now have access to extra help, like corporate accounting, tax preparation, and legal document services. It is all about giving people a complete package when it comes to their financial health. It is always nice when a big business move actually makes life easier for regular folks.

Growing the Footprint

With this new agreement, Savant is growing its presence in a big way. The Heritage team brings 47 employees along with them. Plus, 15 of those team members are actually joining as new owners. This includes top leaders like Charles Bean and President Sammy Azzouz. Savant already had an office in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Now, they are adding new spots in Westwood, Woburn, and Rockland.

Looking Ahead

This exciting deal officially closed on February 27, 2026. Now, Savant boasts a very impressive 50 offices spread across 21 different states. They are currently managing over $42 billion in assets for their clients. It is clear that this wealth management firm is on a mission to keep growing. By bringing talented teams together, they are setting themselves up for even more success in the years to come.
