Jim comes with over 25 years of work experience in defense and security. Before joining Micross, he was the CEO of AM General. That is a company known for making tough vehicles for the military. He also ran FLIR Systems, helping that tech business grow and succeed before it was sold. He clearly knows how to build a winning team.

A Proud Army Veteran

On top of his business skills, Jim is a proud veteran. He spent ten years serving in the U.S. Army. He worked as an armor officer and deployed for Operation Desert Storm. He also helped keep the peace in Bosnia. This real experience gives him a deep understanding of what military and space groups really need from their tech.
