How Eventeny Became the Biggest Vendor Market in the US

In this article, you’ll discover:

  • How Eventeny became the largest market for event vendors in the United States.
  • Why local events offer a better way for small businesses to grow and connect.
  • The huge numbers behind the platform, including 300,000 active sellers.
  • How a single system helps event planners easily manage tickets and maps.

Have you noticed how hard it is to sell things online lately? It feels like everyone is trying to get noticed. But one platform has found a better way to help small businesses. As of March 2026, Eventeny is officially the largest market for vendors in the United States.

Why Local Events Win

It turns out that selling in person is making a huge comeback. Nausheen Punjani, the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Eventeny, explains exactly why this is happening.

“Growth in Eventeny’s vendor marketplace reflects a broader shift in the small business economy,” Punjani said. She noted that online retail channels have become incredibly crowded, which makes finding customers both expensive and hard to predict. “Many businesses are finding stronger margins and more meaningful customer relationships by selling directly in their communities.”

She added that events offer a great place where buyers actually want to shop. She proudly states that Eventeny runs the only platform at this scale that connects makers with thousands of events, and that connection is driving their massive success.

Looking at the Numbers

The stats behind this platform are simply amazing. Today, Eventeny supports over 28,000 events across the country. They see about 16 million monthly visitors looking to buy unique items. Even better, there are now 300,000 active artists and sellers using the site.

Since it started, the company has handled over 800,000 applications from sellers wanting to join events. A massive chunk of that action happened recently, with 40 percent of those applications coming in just during 2025 alone. Plus, sellers have added 168,000 products to the online store.

More Than a Ticket

So what makes this tool so special? For starters, it lets sellers list their goods online before, during, and long after the actual event ends. This means sellers can make a higher income and keep selling even when the fair is over.

It also makes life super easy for the people running the show. Planners can track volunteers, sell tickets, build maps, and take payments all in one single system. Whether it is a tiny local fair or a massive weekend festival, the software can handle it perfectly.

A Smart Beginning

This handy tool was created back in 2018. The founders noticed that event planners were struggling to juggle multiple tools to manage their vendors and daily tasks. They built a centralized space to fix those exact problems. Today, it stands as the top choice for makers and planners everywhere.
